Cost Tracker
The Cost Tracker feature allows management to enter new cost records associated with inventory items / cargoes, containers, and packing orders. This feature can be enabled or disabled as a permission for each group.
The cost tracker is not visible to customers. Once a cost is added to the records, it will show on the invoice items view, making it easier to link and manage costs efficiently.
Invoices as PDF Attachments
In this update, when an invoice is email to a customer, the system will generate invoices as PDF files and attach them directly to the email. This ensures that invoices are easily accessible and professionally formatted for clients.
The feature includes options to customize the invoice layout and content before generating the PDF.
Does this mean the system will no longer send pass codes to view the invoices?
Correct. The system will no longer be sending pass codes also referred to as access codes along with a link to view the invoices.
Quick Container Creation
The Quick Container Creation feature allows users to create a container with a packing order by selecting multiple cargoes from the cargoes listing screen.
This feature increases efficiency in data entry and decreases the time needed to create a container, requiring fewer clicks and less navigation to create a new record.
Automated Invoices Emails & Reminders
The Automated Invoices Emails & Reminders feature allows the system administrator to set the number of days before the due date of an invoice for the system to automatically email it to the client.
Additionally, the administrator can set the number of days past the due date for the system to send a reminder email if the invoice has not been paid by the set date. System administrator can also choose the invoice type to send, either industrial or modern design.
Visual Enhancements
- Enhance performance by optimizing some of the database queries
- Modify the title “Documentation” to “Documentation Remarks
- Enhance the layout of the notes section on cargoes, containers and packing order
- Adjust the financial information columns alignment on packing orders listing
- Added pop-up confirmation when deleting an invoice item
- Added the ability to add and modify the company email address from General settings
